We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, and AI (Adobe Illustrator) files. For best print quality, we recommend a minimum resolution of 150 DPI at final print size. Our design team can also upscale lower-resolution images using AI enhancement at no extra charge.

Our UV-cured inks are rated for 5–10 years on interior surfaces and 3–5 years on exterior surfaces. The ink is UV fade-resistant, scratch-resistant, and washable with mild soap and water. We back all installations with a 5-year warranty against peeling, bubbling, or significant fading.

From artwork approval to completed installation, the typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush jobs (24–48 hours) are available for an additional fee. The actual printing of a standard 3m × 5m wall takes approximately 3 hours on-site.

Absolutely. Our UV-cured inks are VOC-free (zero volatile organic compounds), produce no odor during or after printing, and are dry instantly upon application. This makes them completely safe for hospitals, nurseries, schools, and food service environments. We carry all relevant safety certifications.

Minimal prep is required. The wall should be clean, dry, and free of loose paint or debris. Our team handles all surface assessment and any necessary priming during the site visit. We do not require the room to be vacated — printing can happen while the space is in use.

The print bonds directly to the surface, so it is permanent by design — unlike vinyl which can be peeled. However, it can be painted over with standard wall paint if you wish to change the design in the future. We also offer a re-print service where we apply a fresh base coat and print a new design on top.
